By making a booking, purchasing a ticket, or entering our premises, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Data Collection & CCTV Recording
For safety, security, and game facilitation, our premises are under 24/7 CCTV surveillance with video and audio recording. These recordings may be used for:
Monitoring live game sessions to provide hints and ensure a smooth experience.
Security purposes to prevent damage, theft, or misconduct.
Reviewing and improving game quality.
Investigation of disputes or incidents.
CCTV footage is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except:
When required by law enforcement agencies or legal orders.
In cases of fraud, misconduct, or disputes related to property damage or injuries.
CCTV footage is retained for 7 days, after which it is automatically deleted unless required for an ongoing investigation.
Use of Photos & Videos for Marketing
Consent for Promotional Use:
By purchasing a ticket and participating in our escape room, you grant FreeingSG (Town) Pte Ltd permission to capture photos and videos of your gameplay for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to:
Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Website and digital advertisements.
Printed promotional materials.

Personal Data & Booking Information
When making a booking, we may collect personal details, including:
Name, contact number, and email address (for booking confirmation and customer service).
Payment details (handled securely through third-party payment gateways).

Liability & Waiver Disclaimer
By entering our premises, you acknowledge that you are participating in a physical and mentally challenging experience at your own risk.
We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or personal property loss that occur during the game, unless due to negligence on our part.
Participants must follow all game rules and safety guidelines provided by our staff.
Intentional damage to props, equipment, or game rooms will result in penalties, including compensation fees.
Children & Parental Consent
Our escape rooms may have age restrictions. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Children are not allowed to enter for theme with above 21 years old restriction.
Parents or guardians booking for minors consent to the collection and processing of their child's data for safety and game facilitation purposes.
