At FreeingSG (Town) Pte Ltd, we strive to provide an exciting and immersive escape room experience. Please review our Refund Policy carefully before making a booking.
1. No Refund Policy
1.1. All bookings are final. We do not offer refunds for:

Cancellations by customers, regardless of the reason.

No-shows or late arrivals exceeding 15 minutes past the scheduled start time.

Games that are voluntarily ended or abandoned midway by participants.
2. Deposit & Payment Terms
2.1. A 10% deposit is required for online bookings to secure a game slot. This deposit is non-refundable.
2.2. The remaining balance must be paid in full at the venue before the game begins.
2.3. Any discounts or promotions applied to the booking will be deducted from the balance upon payment at the venue.
3. Rescheduling Policy
3.1. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
3.2. Reschedules made within less than 24 hours of the booking may incur an administrative fee.
4. Cancellation by FreeingSG (Town) Pte Ltd
4.1. If we need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, technical issues, or emergencies), participants will be offered the option to:
