Welcome to FreeingSG (Town) Pte Ltd ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the use of our website and participation in our escape room experiences. By accessing our website, making a booking, or entering our premises, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Booking & Payment
1.1. All escape room bookings must be made through our official website, phone, or authorized third-party platforms.
1.2. A 10% deposit is required to confirm a booking online. We accept credit/debit cards, PayNow, and other designated payment methods.
1.3. Any discounts or promotions applied to the booking will be deducted from the balance upon payment at the venue.
1.4. Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
1.5. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.
1.6. Participants must provide accurate contact information for booking confirmations and updates.
2. Cancellations & Refund Policy
2.1. All bookings are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance (subject to availability).
2.2. No-shows or late arrivals (exceeding 15 minutes from the scheduled time) will result in booking forfeiture.
2.3. If we cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance, emergencies), we will offer a reschedule or full refund.
3. Participant Requirements & Safety
3.1. Our escape rooms may include physical activity, confined spaces, flashing lights, and sound effects. Participants with medical conditions (e.g., epilepsy, claustrophobia, heart conditions) should consult a doctor before participating.
3.2. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult and not allowed entry to Theme with above 21 years old restriction.
3.3. Participants must follow all game rules and instructions provided by our staff. We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in disruptive or unsafe behavior without a refund.
3.4. We are not liable for injuries or accidents unless caused by our gross negligence.
4. Privacy & Use of Photos/Videos
4.1. Our premises are under CCTV surveillance for safety, security, and gameplay monitoring.
4.2. By booking a session, participants agree to allow us to capture photos/videos during the game for marketing purposes (e.g., social media, promotional materials). If you do not wish to be included, please inform our staff before the game.
4.3. Personal information collected for bookings will be kept confidential and used solely for transaction processing, customer service, and promotions.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All escape room concepts, puzzles, designs, trademarks, and content are intellectual property of FreeingSG (Town) Pte Ltd.
5.2. Participants may not copy, record, photograph, or disclose any part of the escape room experience for commercial use.
6. Liability & Indemnification
6.1. Participants acknowledge that escape rooms involve physical and mental challenges and enter at their own risk.
6.2. FreeingSG (Town) Pte Ltd is not responsible for personal property loss, theft, or damage within our premises.
6.3. Participants agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from non-compliance with our terms.
7. Right to Refuse Service
7.1. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to any individual or group who violates these T&Cs, engages in disruptive behavior, or appears intoxicated.
8. Amendments to T&Cs
8.1. We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised T&Cs.
